Swab (Nasal or Throat)
Used to collect samples of an individual’s DNA and RNA, to be able to diagnose a patient with COVID-19.
Using the latest technology, the COVID-19 PCR Test is highly sensitive and can detect as little as 1 copy of coronavirus RNA in a patient’s sample.
PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) Technology
The PCR Test has the capability to measure the virus itself, resulting in a more precise ability to pick up early infections. It is also informative in indicating when an individual who may have been infected is no longer contagious.
The sample will be collected under the supervision of a healthcare professional
Simple Test Kit
The test kit includes an air-tight vial, collection swab, biohazard bag, and simple instructions for collecting the sample needed for testing.
Covid-19 Test Results
Results will be released within 48-72 hours starting from 6PM of the day of your test. If you have tested positive you will receive a phone call immediately after release of your test results (typically within 24 hrs). All patients will receive an email/text message update related to your results. If you haven’t received a message within the allocated time, you may call the phone number that was given at the testing clinic or send us an email with your name, date of birth, and test date to firstname.lastname@example.org. You may also submit a results request via our website.
Covid-19 Test Results for Corporate Clients
We will grant you direct access to our LIS System in which you can login, view, print, and email the test results.
Is Covid-19 Test Free?
Yes, it is free.
Reimbursement for COVID-19 testing is covered 100% by all insurance payers with no deductible, copays, coinsurance or any other out of pocket expense. Individuals will need to provide a copy of a medical insurance card at the time of testing.
Reimbursement for uninsured individuals COVID-19 testing is provided by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). HRSA requires individuals to provide a copy of a state issued identification card and signed attestation that they do not have any medical insurance at the time of testing.
